NovidadesThe Aglianico Irpino Nomades by Bonora, whose name means "finally arrived", is a great Campanian red that originates at 600 meters on clay and schist soils. To preserve freshness and tension in the fruit, the late October harvest is slightly anticipated. In the cellar, the hand is deliberately discreet: fermentation is spontaneous, aging lasts twenty months in used French oak tonneaux, and filtration is minimal, respecting the raw material. On the nose, juicy black fruit and violet emerge; on the palate, the wine reveals itself dark, savory, well-marked by wood, but with a power balanced by freshness and unsuspected elegance. This high-altitude finesse demands structured pairings: it is perfect with classic rigatoni and traditional Neapolitan ragù
