Amarone "Valpantena" by Bertani is a traditional interpretation of this well-known typology of the Valpolicella area. Made with grapes left to dry for 4 months, stopping in wood for more than two years to give itself to the nose with notes of blackberry jam, dried flowers, pepper, rhubarb and wet earth.
