The Anjou Rouge from Domaine des Brumes is a fresh expression of the region's most typical grape varieties, with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. It offers a sincere and vibrant profile, with aromas of blackberry, cherry and violet, followed by very varietal spicy and herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is soft and fresh, pleasantly rustic and full of energy. Perfect with white meats or a country terrine
