This 'Arcipressi' from Fabbrica di San Martino is a territorial and direct red wine, made from a blend of native Tuscan grapes. It comes from historic vineyards and is vinified in steel to produce a wine of great freshness, immediate but never banal. The nose reveals fresh red fruit and hints of spice, while the palate is smooth, dry and slightly tannic, with great juiciness. It pairs well with cold cuts and meat dishes such as spelt soup or stewed rabbit
