Madonna delle Vittorie's 'Nordico' EVO oil is an extra virgin olive oil that extols the delicacy of Garda oil, an area that produces some of the finest oils in northern Italy. Cold-pressed Frantoio, Casaliva, Leccino and Maurino variety olives yield a fine oil with a brilliant green colour and golden hues. The nose opens with a bright herbaceous and green aromatic park, resulting from the early harvest. The palate is presented with an initial well-defined bitterness, followed by a balanced spiciness of medium intensity. Ideal raw, to enhance simple and genuine dishes
