Barbaresco 'Bric Micca' Luigi Einaudi 2022

Luigi Einaudi’s Barbaresco ‘Bric Micca’ is an elegant and refined wine. It is produced from south-facing Nebbiolo vineyards in the Bric Micca cru in Neive, one of the finest areas of the Langhe. The winemaking process lasts 30 days, followed by a long period of ageing in oak and a year of bottle ageing. The bouquet is broad and complex, with hints of ripe red fruit, subtle notes of sweet spices, balsamic undertones and light musky nuances on the finish. On the palate, it is powerful and austere, with dense tannins, balanced freshness and a very persistent finish. Excellent paired with beef braised in red wine
