Federici's Bellone is a native grape variety of Lazio, one of the oldest varieties in the Roman territory. It is grown on the typical tuff soils of the Castelli Romani and is produced in the cellar using only steel to maintain a clear and immediate freshness. The nose evokes tropical fruits and white flowers, while the palate is soft, savoury and has good length. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood dishes
