‘Il Giorno Dopo’ by Raz Romagna is a straightforward and vibrant wine. The winery is located in Alfonsine, a small village in the province of Ravenna, and cultivates 12 hectares of native grape varieties such as Trebbiano Romagnolo and Albana. The wine’s name evokes the rebuilding process undertaken by Raz following the tornado that devastated Romagna in 2023, forcing the Guerra family to start from scratch. On the nose, it opens with hints of fresh fruit, with notes of apple and peach, hints of almond and vegetal undertones. On the palate, it is taut and vertical, with a savoury finish.
