Bavencoff's Bourgogne Aligoté is a fresh, mineral white, produced from a grape variety that is representative of Burgundy, albeit less well-known. The watchword is freshness, on the palate and in the aromas, all seasoned with typical savouriness. The aromatic profile is mainly fruity, with pear and lemon welcoming white flowers and typical iodine hints. The palate is fresh, with a savoury vein and pleasant agility. Perfect companion for appetisers or aperitifs
