Jean Claude Boisset's Bourgogne Aligoté 'Les Moutots' is a white wine that is both immediate and structured. It comes from a 'lieu-dit' that is over 50 years old in the village of Chorey-lès-Beaune. The nose reveals hawthorn, lemon and a hint of bread crust. On the palate, it impresses with its sharp freshness, great sapidity and tense, vibrant mouthfeel.
