The Bourgogne Blanc Vieilles Vignes by Francois Bergeret comes from a small cru planted in 1950. The grapes, cultivated with manual thinning and very low yields, age for 12 months in oak barrels before a brief passage in steel. On the nose, it offers baked peach, fresh butter, and a mineral vein, while on the palate it surprises with roundness and persistent freshness, supported by vibrant savoriness. Perfect with fatty fish like turbot with butter.
Cor:
Intense golden yellow.
Aroma:
Starts with baked apple, then lemon and fresh butter, dried chamomile and hazelnut, finishing with flint.
Sabor:
Broad, intense and distinctly savory, soft.
