Livon's Cabernet Sauvignon 'RoncAlto' is an intense Collio red, based on an international grape variety that now calls these lands home. Matured for 16 months in oak barriques, it is distinguished by intense aromas of berries crowned by hints of spice and a vanilla finish. On the palate it is dry, assertive and with persistent freshness. This is a wine of sure longevity, to be tried now or in a few years with game dishes
