The Catarratto “Fiorente” by Cantine Fina is produced in very limited quantities from a true cru, located in the Natural Reserve of Stagnone. The grapes are cultivated at sea level with low yields to maximize the ‘flavor’ of the territory. A few months on fine lees gives structure and complexity. The nose perceives fragrant hints of tropical fruit, citrus peels, and white flowers. On the palate, it is savory with a pleasant and clear freshness on the finish. Excellent with seafood risottos
