Possente's Catarratto 'Kima' is an organic wine produced in Salaparuta, in the hilly heart of western Sicily. Cold cryomaceration and ageing on the lees without filtration define a crisp, fresh white. The nose reveals floral, citrus notes and mineral nuances reminiscent of the Mediterranean.
