Federici's Cesanese 'Sapiens' is produced between Anagni and Paliano, historic municipalities in the Castelli Romani area. This red wine is a pure Cesanese, a fresh expression of this native Lazio grape variety. Produced exclusively in steel, it remains light, juicy and highly fragrant. The nose is rich in violets and small berries, while the palate is soft and warm, with fine, enveloping tannins. Perfect with meat dishes or Roman-style lamb
