André Jacquart's Champagne Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru 'Mesnil Experience' is an elegant expression of the Côte des Blancs, made entirely from Chardonnay. It rests on the lees for over 6 years to achieve high levels of finesse, but the base wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, so as to preserve the freshness of the sip to the maximum. The nose reveals notes of white fruit and an intriguing smoky minerality. The sip is precise, with an airy but expressive structure and creamy, refined bubbles
