Eric Thill's Chardonnay 'De Marne et d'Argile' is a fine white wine from the Jura, produced with artisanal sensitivity following an organic regime in the vineyard. It comes from 50-year-old vines and is aged in barrels filled on the fine lees. The nose reveals citrus fruits and ripe white fruit with buttery and savoury notes on the finish.
