The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 'Etichetta Storica' Ormanni comes from old vines in Barberino Val d'Elsa and is produced only during the best vintages. Warm and intense, it undergoes a long ageing process, as required for a Gran Selezione, in oak barrels. On the nose, black cherry liqueur and tobacco blend into a rich bouquet, while on the palate it is structured but with silky tannins and a vibrant freshness. Ideal with wild boar with 'dolceforte' sauce
