Ormanni's Chianti Classico Riserva 'Borro del Diavolo' comes from two historic vineyards on the rocky ridge of Barberino Val d'Elsa, where Sangiovese grapes reach perfect maturity thanks to their southern exposure. On the nose, blackberries and cherries intertwine with sweet tobacco and subtle balsamic hints on the finish. On the palate, the tannic power is tamed by intense freshness. Ideal with wild boar in dolceforte sauce or extra-aged Pecorino Toscano cheese
