Cremant d'Alsace Rosé Brut Allimant-Laugner

Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut from Allimant-Laugner is a very pleasant rosé sparkling wine. Made solely from Pinot Noir grapes, the base wine ferments spontaneously without malolactic fermentation and matures on the lees for up to 18 months. The salmon-pink colour introduces crisp aromas of red fruits and intriguing rosehip aromas. The sip is taut, fresh and with a subtle, refreshing bubble. Despite the dryness of the sip, it is an excellent pairing with fruit-based desserts
