Ariola's Spumante 'Marcello Bianco' is an Emilian wine made from Chardonnay and other indigenous grape varieties, a graceful, sweetish product. The pale yellow colour anticipates a pronounced floral profile, with slight fruity and tropical hints. The sip is fresh, with exotic notes and a pleasant roundness given by residual sugar. Perfect as a summer aperitif but also excellent with cold cuts and Parmigiano Reggiano
