Etna Bianco “Sul Vulcano” by Donnafugata is a fresh and mineral wine from the slopes of the big Sicilian volcano, at 750 m above sea level. It is vinified in steel tanks and aged in steel tanke and French barriques. It smells of white flowers, citrus fruits and flint. The taste is taut, very fresh, savory and mineral, with a good persistence
