Cornaleto's Franciacorta Satén is distinguished by its delicacy. Made with white grapes only, as the style demands, it uses a liqueur de tirage less loaded with sugar, in pursuit of a dry and fine sip. The nose releases 'clear' scents of fruit and white flowers, to which are added vanilla and hints of almond pastry. On the palate it is fresh and dry with a pleasant savouriness, the taste is typically soft and silky
