Cautiero's Frizzante Rosato 'Eggas' is made from rosé vinification of grapes traditionally used for red wine production. A product of ancestral fermentation, it is an intriguing experiment with the terroir of this Campania winery. It develops great energy and intense aromas of fresh red fruit, making it perfect with fish appetisers or platters for aperitifs
