The "Gaminot" by Domaine Ami is a fresh red wine, an artisanal product that's very easy to drink. It is a blend of red grapes from Burgundy with a substantial addition of white grapes, about a third of the fermenting mass, which gives freshness and interesting aromatic sensations. The glass gives off hints of citrus like tangerine, lemon, then fresh aromatic herbs on the finish. It's funky, very drinkable and light, with a rich and savory sip.
