Hofstätter's Gewürztraminer 'Castel Rechtenthal' originates on steep Dolomite slopes that reach 60% slopes at the foot of Mount Roen. This elegant South Tyrolean white is vinified in stainless steel and with frequent battonage to enhance its aromatic profile but also to develop great body. On the nose it reveals delicate citrus notes as well as typical hints of flowers and tropical fruit, and on the palate it is fresh with a distinctly drinkable profile. Ideal for shellfish and Asian dishes
