The Grillo from the Curatolo Arini winery is a wine that embraces the palate like the sea of marsala. It fully expresses the character of the fruits of the land: fresh, marine and rounded, the nose plays with aromas of tropical fruits and pink grapefruit, with a hint of Mediterranean scrub. The palate is balanced, with pleasant freshness and a long, savoury finish. Ideal with fish dishes and such as an octopus salad with potatoes and black olives
