Grillo Riserva 'Firma del Tempo' Cantine Fina 2023

Cantine Fina's Grillo Riserva "Firma del Tempo" is a precious white wine that typifies the character of western Sicily. It comes from a single vineyard in the Stagnone nature reserve, a cru from the winery's premium "Orizzonti" range. Part of the mass, about one fifth, ferments in new barriques before blending and subsequent maturation on fine lees. The nose evokes the essence of the Mediterranean with hints of macchia, citrus and iodine hints. It expresses marked tanginess and freshness with great strength, a profile that recalls important fish dishes and does not disdain white meats
