This red wine, 'I Mori' by Ippolito 1845, blends the vigour of Calabrian Gaglioppo with the intensity and smoothness of Cabernet Sauvignon. In French style, the red wine is aged in small French oak barrels to round off the very tannic base profile of this blend. The aromatic spectrum is complex, with ripe red fruits on tobacco and vanilla opening up to a balsamic finish. Well-structured, it is smooth, warm and pleasantly balanced.
