"Il Sogno" from the well-known Travaglini winery is a full-bodied Nebbiolo from one of the most renowned areas in northern Piedmont: Gattinara. The grapes are selected directly on the vine and then left to dry for at least 100 days. This red wine is aged for about 36 months in large barrels and 6-8 months in smaller wood barrels, thus obtaining a garnet red colour. The aromas released are those of ripe red fruit and spices, while the taste is warm, full, enveloping, mineral and with an unforgettable finish

A entrada no paladar è sedutora, quente e envolvente, com uma textura tânica densa, mas madura, e aromas frutados harmoniosos, doces e satisfatórios, bem equilibrados por um final de fresca mineralidade.
