The 'Misto Mare' by Alois Lageder is a white wine that aims to express attention to the territory and the community. It is indeed a collective project with which the winery unites 21 grape growers from South Tyrol, a territory that millions of years ago was entirely submerged by the sea, to facilitate their conversion to organic and biodynamic farming. On the nose, it reveals a clear and mountainous profile, with alpine fruits and flowers, while on the palate it stands out for its juiciness and the subtle tannin that integrates pleasantly with the sip. Ideal for pairing with vegetarian dishes and raw fish, to be tried with sea bass carpaccio with herb oil
