"Nanni" is a red wine from Bordeaux blend of the Colli Berici in the province of Vicenza, produced with methods that are absolutely respectful of the environment and using indigenous yeasts. Pleasant and warm, it presents aromas of ripe berries and jam, with clear notes of blackberry and raspberry, along with the characteristic scent of pepper and enveloping toasted notes of leather, tobacco, and coffee. The velvety tannins are accompanied by great freshness for a full-bodied and dry wine. Craft wine, made like in the old days
uma intensidade de singular prazer. Um excelente exemplo de elegância natural.simplicidade de manipulação, além de ser particularmente indicado para o tipo de colheita manual que ocorre neste caso. As uvas utilizadas são Carbernet Sauvignon e Merlot em partes iguais e são deixadas em maceração por 10-15 dias. A fermentação ocorre espontaneamente, com o uso exclusivo de leveduras indígenas não selecionadas. Após uma decantação em tanques de aço, é afinado e engarrafado sem sofrer qualquer tipo de filtração. Normalmente, não é adicionada sulfitos.uma intensidade de singular prazer.
