Domaine Stoeffler's Pinot Noir 'Tradition' is an elegant and refined Alsatian wine. The Stoeffler family, winegrowers for generations, use only old oak barrels, some of which are over a hundred years old, for ageing. This choice ensures that the aromatic characteristics of the wood do not mask those of the wine, but at the same time allow it to evolve with finesse. The bouquet opens with notes of dark fruits, with spicy hints and hints of undergrowth on the finish. The palate is soft and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a long finish, supported by a slight salty note. Excellent with an Alsatian baeckeoffe, a typical regional stew with pork and spices
