Rioja Blanco 'O' Panoramico 2015

This Rioja Blanco from Panoramico bears the name 'O', for oxidation. It is aged for a full 4 years in barrels that are only 90% full, allowing the oxygen to work its magic: making the wine unique and complex. The nose releases aromas of candied and toasted fruit, with slight spicy and pleasantly rustic hints on the finish. On the palate it is broadly balanced, with a great savoury thrust and a pleasant bitterness on the finish. Perfect companion for very mature cheeses and jams
