Rocca di Frassinello's Rosato is an elegant Sangiovese in rosé version, a fresh and light expression of the Maremma. Vinified and aged in stainless steel, it comes from a brief contact between the must flower and the skins, which gives the wine a delicate peachy pink colour. Notes of pomegranate, fresh almond and light spicy nuances emerge on the nose. Ideal as an aperitif or in combination with vegetable and fish dishes.
