Red 'Blend' Contumaz 2022

Contumaz's Red 'Blend' is an intense, free-range wine, emblematic of the work of Fernando, the producer, and the terroir of Mendoza. It is a fine but austere blend of Bonarda, Malbec and Cabernet, the winery's main red varieties. The nose opens with notes of cherry, plum and graphite, followed by dark cocoa accents. The taste is full, fresh and harmonious, with firm tannins and a long finish. Excellent with baked pasta and grilled meats, try it with meat empanadas
