Rosso 'Terre Moto' Nerina Cardile 2023

Nerina Cardile's 'Terre Moto' is an agile and precise Etna red, designed for immediate but not superficial drinking. The grapes are harvested from moving vines that are over 100 years old, a sight that makes the Etna landscape magical. Spontaneous fermentation takes place with part of the mass in whole bunches, so as to enhance the fresh, fragrant and direct profile. The nose reveals crisp red fruits, floral notes and a slight spiciness that opens up to a salty finish, while the palate is slender, juicy, with fine tannins and a dry, mineral finish.
