Domaine Duseigneur's 'Sakura' is a delicate wine whose lightness is inspired by the famous Japanese cherry trees that symbolise ephemeral beauty. Produced from Syrah and Cinsault grapes, the grapes undergo a short semi-carbonic maceration that gives great fruit and authenticity to the sip. The nose has fresh aromas of black fruit with fragrant spicy hints, typical of Syrah. Subtle on the palate, it nevertheless offers freshness and juiciness.
