The Sauvignon from Villa Russiz is a very varietal, territorial, and expressive white wine. The maturation in steel allows the primary aromas of the grape to shine: exotic fruit, sage, tomato leaf, grapefruit, and mineral hints. The sip has good aromaticity and a fresh and elegant texture, with excellent smoothness.
O Sauvignon de Villa Russiz apresenta-se no copo com uma cor amarelo palha com reflexos esverdeados. O nariz é impactado por aromas delicados e aromáticos como abacaxi, pêssego e notas finais de sálvia; no paladar, é elegante e aveludado, fresco e mineral, com uma bebida agradável e convidativa. Combina perfeitamente com pratos de massa à base de vegetais e gazpacho, e pratos principais à base de peixe, crustáceos e moluscos; interessante também com queijos e cozinha étnica.
