The 'Silice Blanc' from Domaine des Ardoisieres is a pure Jacquère, one of the entry points of this iconic winery in the Alps. The vinification is done with whole bunches and the ageing continues for 9 months in steel tanks, a way of accentuating the fruit and mineral character typical of the variety to the maximum. On the attack there are hints of apple and lime, with floral and 'stony' hints. Try with shellfish starters
