Syrah "Colle al Fico" of the winery Petra in Maremma is one of the best cru of the company and takes its name from the toponym of the vineyard from which the grapes come. After a long maturation in barrique for 18 months it obtains an intense red colour with luminous reflections and the perfumes, characteristic of the vine such as pepper and red berries, are exalted. The taste is ample and has an excellent nose-mouth correspondence with dense and persistent aromas. The tannic texture is perceived very well but in an elegant way, the finish is long
