The Syrah 'La Tour' by Les Cretes is a tribute to a noble red variety, presented here in a mountain and refined style. On the nose, it releases typical dark notes of black pepper, then coffee and hints of dark fruits like blueberry and blackberry. On the palate, it is fine and complex, savory and fresh, with soft tannins. Ideal for refined dishes such as duck breast in sauce, Burgundy snails, or even simpler dishes like pappardelle with wild boar.
