Carlo Alberto Negri's Valpolicella is a balanced, classic and well-defined red wine. Produced with brief ageing in wood to round out the palate while maintaining finesse and drinkability. The nose reveals ripe red fruit and slight notes of sweet spices. On the palate, it is harmonious, smooth and moderately structured. It pairs well with cold cuts and white meats such as stewed rabbit
