Collina dei Ciliegi's Valpolicella 'Formiga' comes from the high hill vineyards characteristic of Valpantena, which give its wines a fresh and elegant character. Vinified exclusively in steel, it fully expresses aromas of cherry and wild strawberry, with hints of violet and light spices. On the palate, it is dynamic, fresh and harmonious, ideal for accompanying traditional Venetian dishes such as bigoli pasta with duck ragù
