Casalforte's Valpolicella Superiore is an elegant red wine from the Verona tradition, made from the most typical local grape varieties. The winery uses a Ganimede fermenter and opts for steel and wood for ageing, to maintain freshness and roundness. The nose reveals blueberry and liquorice, with delicate balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is savoury and velvety, with soft tannins and a fresh finish. Ideal with structured meat dishes, it pairs perfectly with the typical pasta with duck ragù
