Pasqua Vini's Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso is a traditional expression of the Veronese territory, an indigenous blend 'ripassed' on Amarone marc, to give some of the strength and sweetness of this wine's 'big brother'. The intense red colour anticipates aromas of red and black fruits, with notes of liquorice and toasted hints. The palate is rich and soft, with soft tannins and perfect balance. The fragrant and structured sip makes it ideal with roasts, try it with chocolate
