The Verduno Pelaverga by Luigi Einaudi is an identity red from Piedmont, fragrant and spicy. Produced in the municipality of Verduno, it comes from grapes grown on clay and limestone soils exposed to the west that receive all the afternoon light. The winemaking in steel with constant temperature control preserves aromatic integrity and expressive precision. Fresh strawberry, delicate floral hints, and clear shades of white pepper emerge on the nose. The sip is fresh and velvety, with a balance between acidity and tannins, of excellent drinkability.
