Federici's Vermentino 'Le Coste' is an aromatic white wine with good structure, sourced from the tuff vineyards of Zagarolo. The winery matures this grape variety on fine lees, with weekly batonnage, a technique that gives depth and silkiness to the palate. The nose reveals notes of white flowers and exotic fruit, with hints of iodine and saltiness. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and harmonious, ideal for accompanying raw fish or seared tuna
