Cellier Saint Benoit's Vin de Paille is a sweet wine from the Jura region, one of the hidden secrets of the winery and the area. 'Straw wine' is a highly prized dessert wine, renowned for its extreme longevity. The nose is broad and complex, with hints of honey, fruit jam and salty sensations.
