Arrighi's Viognier 'VIP' is a full-bodied white wine, a French grape variety adapted to the dry climate of Elba Island, which comes to enjoy the sun and beauty of the island. Rich on the nose and palate, it expresses a rich floral profile and a yellow fruit character typical of the grape variety, with peach and apricot. The palate is warm, round and moderately savoury, with a pleasant richness like the more robust Viognier wines. Ideal with flavourful fish dishes such as cacciucco or stockfish 'alla riese'
